That guy is absolutely a standout. He has no issues educating/informing you in the process and cares about doing right by his customers. This channel continues to bring quality videos all the time. Happy New Year Cliff and crew.
That was awesome footage step by step maintenance for your viewers..which put in a huge plug for AmeriTech..those guys were knowledgeable..the guy you shared in Ft. Laud runs a clean shop very knowledgeable he and I have the same moto doing it right the first time.. Thanks Cliff..
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash great thank you, also any info on why my 800igx would shut off and not want to turn back on. Oil level is good, battery and rectifier is working properly. Could it be a faulty oil sensor or possibly a ECM issue? any help would be greatly appreciated
The man has a $20,000 snap on tool box...I'd say he knows what he's stuff. I didn't even know that place was there. I'm in Lakeland, we don't have a pressure washer supply store, I'm gonna have to ride over.
I’ve been following your videos and have been constantly having the same issue with my Honda igx800 bogging down on jobs and repeat trips to repair shops. I called these guys after watching your video and they shipped out the parts for me to change out here in Texas and it saved my business! Thank you so much!
I came to your channel mid last year and have totally enjoyed watching you do your thing. Also enjoyed the football film you sent me, badass linebacker. I’m an old dude that likes to support good people. Your mechanic knew his stuff, nice to find this dude.
From a local perspective you just sold me on who I need to be working with when it comes to maintenance issues. One day I'll hook up with you and tell you a story about another local company.
My IGX800 keeps shutting down randomly after 500 hours. When it shuts down a constant blinking light. Had plenty of oil in it. Changed the oil and fuel filter still does it driving my crazy. Thanks for this video, man! In Massachusetts, it's hard to find mechanics like this!
I’m in the same boat. Shuts down mostly when first warming up. But will also surge like in this video randomly throughout the day, mostly when off the trigger. A little under 500 hours on it. Located in VT and good shops are hard to come by. Did you ever get your machine straightened out? I just sent AmeriTech a message through their website and hoping they can help me diagnose this remotely 🤞
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWash good to hear! I was actually curious if @sundown798 ever got his machine fixed. Seeing as he was experiencing very similar issues as my machine.
Mate, those guys at Ameritech are real professionals. And there rigs are the best I’ve seen. Wish they were down under. Just wish you filmed it all. The most important thing about this game is to know your shit.
The coil boots weren't putting out the correct voltage which they modify a resistor to level the voltage and also cleaned the throttle body. There's a little plastic gear in there that was not moving freely to allow it to open and close. Therefore choking the throttle
@@PinkFlamingoPowerWashI wish I had him nearby! He knows his stuff! I have a lawn mower that does the same thing after running for 10 mins or so. It won’t keep the battery charged and I think it’s the stator and fly wheel. Like yourself, I was told the fuel pump was bad etc and still the same probably after a $1200 ticket!!!! If a mechanic doesn’t know just say it! 🤷🏽♂️
Hell yes! You didn't watch the end of the video? Lol she's running like a champ!! That 12gpm ain't no joke, I'm gonna put out some content with it later this week
Yea they're far and between it seems like. Some will make you to believe these engines are inferior. This one has 950hrs and has always set outside and was near a chlorine tank cause there's some rust on it. But now she should run flawlessly.
