Someone should report this to the local authorities because this is a very disturbing rape scene going on in this video, that integra is trying so hard to fight back but is over powered, disturbing.
i'm an integra owner. what i can say is... RB26DETT, 2.6L twin turbo AWD vs. 1.8 (if the teg has a B18C) single turbo FWD... R34 won. not surprising. but what the hell, if i was that teg driver, i am honored to race the R34 GT-R. win or lose, i dont really mind. it's just really fun racing. ;)
Regardless of what everyone says, you still have to give it up to Honda for the fact that a straight four cylinder FF was able to keep up with a straight six, twin turbo engine with AWD. Obviously the Integra was modded but I bet the Skyline was too, and it still held its own. Look at what it did to the s3, another AWD, Turboed car. This is why VTEC conquers all competitors hands down...
That integra is SICK!!! I hear that lambo doors add like 80HP!!!! Trying to afford some for my pimped out civic, but I gotta add some 20" rims first!!!
@DLoc137: the first couple years of the 2nd gen Honda Integra actually did have the "bug-eyed" front end. the single piece projectors came in a few years after the model was introduced.
Hella tight video man, Imma JDM Honda lover and i can only be amazed by the Skylines TT's and Supra TT's since they're more outta my price range haha, but this just shows how fast the Twin Turbo skyline is and amazing.
That wouldn't always be true. I'm not sure if it's the same for your typical Integra or Civic, but you'd likely find that a B18C/K20 out of a Type R Integra would likely have better flowing characteristics over an RB25DET. Meaning of course, on a forced induction build you'd likely build say a 300kw K20 for less then you would over a 300kw RB25DET. I've never owned either a Skyline or any Honda, but they do flow really well.
@LiLMackaELi6 It's up to the driver. You can also use a boost controller for each gear. There are people who was able to out launch a red car with good driver.
They are racers in a fair race, i mean seriously 200bhp 1.8NA FWD vs a 4WD 276bhp monster, it's no surprise that it won. It's like putting a F1 car on a rally circuit. It's not designed for it.
the honda did good against the last car, but kept getting ate by the skyline!! i give him props for wanting to race godzilla! Skyline love damn that thing was just a freak!!
you can tell the skylines badass not only caust its a skyline but because its got soo much power the guy almost looses control of it on the first take off
That integra actually is not ricer, despite the lambo doors, you can see some mods like the turbo, and is not that slow, but the R34 is just a monster, even faster than a Stock GTR r35 so that teggy is actually fighting a real Godzilla
That integra has got balls at least trying to keep up with a skyline with a fwd car inline 4 aginst a inline 6 hes a winer in my book not a ricer at all with this one
