For something that’s more style than anything, you’d think color matching parts would be a lot easier to find.

I definitely agree on the size; this is a tiny rack. I've been trying to come up with some ideas for what to mount for storage, but for now it is there for "looks cool" and "in case I need to strap something down".

I’ve really liked it. Just watch out because some of the older ones have been recalled and redesigned, but in general it’s been pretty awesome.

The one I got came in the yellow, we had found it on eBay and it was already color matched to the yellow monkeys. I’m definitely partial to the yellow monkey!

@@UnknownOverLand that's perfect looking colour match, the chrome and the yellow ones look natural on the bike and still kind of retro style as though the Honda was from a cooler by gone era 👍

Yup, I think you found the right one on Ebay from Thailand. If you come up with something a bit bigger/more useful, I'd certainly be interested.

I think these original ones could hold about 6lbs (3kg).

I’d say it’s pretty darn close if not exact. I couldn’t really see much of a difference.

Thanks for the comments, I totally understand what you're saying! Honestly, I leave that stuff in just to show that I'm human and work on stuff like most people. Sometimes I drop things, or bang a tool into a place I really didn't want to; in a different video I even left in dropping a bolt into a hard-to-reach area and having to fish it out. I guess it reminds me later when I go and look at it that I can be pretty dumb sometimes. :)

I'm sure the chrome looks great on there, especially next to the fender.

I have a service manual that I use to look for that information. I highly recommend picking one up, they’re fairly inexpensive and very informative.

what about .pdf version of that workshop manual? its better for trips to have it in phone than carry a book. Please do you know where to find it ?
