Just drive the car, bring the car to a stop slowly ( donot hard brake), if eco idle is working then the car will turn off its engine while you keep pressing the brake pedal. As soon as you lift your foot off the brake, the engine will automatically start and you can drive the car.
If you're asking about local Suzuki Wagon R, then Honda N one is much better as its value to money. But compared to JDM Wagon R you're gonna have to see which one suits you better because they both are really good cars. Also N One has better market value.
