None of the brake calipers have ever been overhauled, only brake pads have been replaced. The Honda NC700XD is a 2012 model, used both in winter and summer, resulting in significant rust due to salty road conditions.
I decided it was time to give the Honda the necessary attention as the brakes were seizing, and the TÜV (technical inspection) date was approaching. I made a list of what needed to be done and filmed videos about these tasks, this being the second episode of an eight-part service series. I ordered genuine Honda parts based on factory part numbers, which ultimately amounted to nearly 100 different part numbers. Even though I ordered from the cheapest online store, the total cost of the parts still exceeded €1200.
