Unfortunately a salvaged title will have all warranties voided. It will have to be customer pay. Honda does not have a fakra repair for the 90 degree connector.

Just had mine serviced by the dealership today. Hope that will resolve the issue.

@@bevieelove7999 wait for hot glue gun to get hot, squeeze a generous dollop of glue onto the connector, wait for the glue to cool, done. Google "hot glue electrical", plenty of videos are available.

@@JasonHouse82 sadly Honda will not even fix it any further with my sister's 2020 Pilot. I am amazed at how crummy Honda CR is with this issue. She only has 45,000 miles on hers. She has been at the dealer at least 10 times. I guess Conicelli Honda doesn't have experienced techs to fix this the right way.

Honda is NOT what it used to be. My 2016 Odyssey is having all sorts of issues. Indeed, ready to get rid of this junk!

Did Honda find a permanent fix yet?

@@galorih2046 Yes,...with service bulletins 20-047 and 20-051, all problems for our dealerships customers have indeed been resolved. These S/B's were recalls. There is also service bulletin 20-058 (Pilots/Passports) and 20-049 (Odyssey) that address crackling and popping sometimes heard in the speakers...this is not a recall, but information that repairs those conditions.

@@cycleway4 we had the service bulletin done and still have the same issues. Dealership is saying they cannot find and shutdowns so they won’t do anything

@@glenbotterbrodt8953 I'm having the same problem on my 2018 Odyssey Elite. Popping/cracking noises. It actually got worse and more frequent after taking my Odyssey in 2 weeks ago for this issue.

What years does this affect?

I had mine “repaired”. The Honda shop kept the car for 3 weeks and we still have this problem. Every time we hit a bump or rough road it cuts out

Asi esta La mia se apaga cada rato i fui al dealer de honda i me cobraron $200 mas 4 horas de espera para que me dijieran que me Saldria en 1200 nomas por areglarlo se pasan

Won’t be the same thing, 06 didn’t use MOST ring for infotainment

@@JasonHouse82 i was going to buy one 2021 with this problem. Dealer said was an easy fix. But they had not fixed it by the time that happened.. we ended up getting a 2022 model 11k miles so far no issues
