Not a long video about the actual installation. it easy! lead the wire through the plastic opening between steer cover and dash. take off the air outlet cover and the side cover. take the fuse box of the metal clip to have some workspace. find a suitable place to connect the lead. connect the ground to any place you like. tidy it up with a few tiewraps.
I made a mounting bracket with some aluminium strips. took of the Ball mount from the unit and screwed it to the bracket. made sure that connection is watertight. (behind the Ball mount is a hole exposing the circuit). I attached the bracket to the clutch and brake reservoir.

You saved me mentally. I was frustrated because I thought I bought a headset that didn't connect. It was a very simple slider but probably wouldn't have solved it if it wasn't for you. Thank you so much

Update; I've been riding with this for a couple of weeks now. The bluetooth connection with my Cardo headset intermittendly cuts out and reconnects. Like every 20 to 30 minutes. And there is one particular spot on a local highway where it has rebooted twice. I think the unit may not be very well shielded against some frequencies or electro magnetic fields. The reboot spot is when i ride underneath 300kV power lines. Not sure if its related. Otherwise it works well, but Android auto really should be far more customisable and more apps should have android auto support. (Still looking angrily at you Kurviger pro!)
