This rare iconic bike recently came into The Motorcycle Workshop at Bolney to be recommissioned. It had been standing for a few years and had all of the expected issues. The battery had died, the carbs were seized solid, the front brake was seized on, and of course the oil & filter & coolant needed changing. It was a real privilege to be given the task of getting it back up and running. A joy to work on such a wonderful machine. The RC30 is a bike on which many championships were won by the likes of Carl Fogarty, Joey Dunlop, Dave Jeffries, Fred Merkel, Freddie Spencer, Steve Hislop, Phil McCallen and many more. It was quite sad to see it leave the workshop, but the owner is so pleased to have it back ready to ride.
