Oh, you're saying that bland is a good thing? In any case, this is made by General Motors and not by Honda though? "look like alien spaceships" A low drag coefficient should be the most important consideration for an EV (think Ioniq 6, Mercedes EQS), I'm not sure this boxy shape does the range the best service. [I'm sure buyers will eventually come round to why the Honda Clarity / Accord Crosstour Kammback shape is better for aerodynamics and clamour for such a sleek profile! 😉]

@TheBreakfastLover of course, it did. MotorTrend is American. Most American vehicles are known for their excellent reliability & value. That's why Ford doesn't make cars anymore besides the Mustang. I'd be more worried that Honda is so far behind that they had to go to GM for an EV platform. Honda has been doing hybrids for years like Toyota, but both are so far behind the European and American car companies. Even the legacy manufacturer (GM) that they are partnering with is at least 5 years behind Tesla. That's some serious ground to catch up by 2030 and they don't have much to show for it.

I just expect more interior space in something that size. My Passport is roughly the same size and has nearly 40% more cargo space by the numbers. Granted it's mostly from height but still it makes a difference when sticking in larger items. If it could only get near 300 mile range in winter at highway speed though I'd probably still be interested.

The early honda pilots had the gear stock mounted on the steering column as well.

Personally wish they built a more stylish model like a coupé model but this is cool too.

Looks like a Honda from the outside. Fairly nice. Pretty GM on the inside which isn't a bad thing since the new generations of GM products have really stepped up the game. But I think for the price that I suspect this will be, I'd still rather have a Kia EV6 or Ioniq 6 but I think those are smaller than the Prologue

thank goodness that steering wheel volume button is still on the Honda side (left)

Yeah right. GM has stepped nothing up. Because it has a Honda badge on it, you are willing to give it a pass. How quickly people forget the first Honda Passport that was a rebadged Isuzu. That didn't work out well at all.

The US military uses and approves GM Ultium platform. GMs battery infrastructure is very different from their ICE builds.

Is there a re-seller for Tuxmat in Europe? I really do want to buy a set.

I hope it has the Tesla plug for the opening of the superchargers because I can’t even drive from LA to Vegas with this SUV.

Do you mind also displaying the metric units on screen even if you don’t say them?
