Thanks for the video but is there a clip of some kind that I need to release to pull out the old bulb? It does not come off easily and I am afraid to try and force it? Does it just pull out or is there something else I need to do? Also, The bulb that is out seems to be the high beam(upper) light. When I turn on the the high beam the lower light comes on but the lower light does not come on when I have the selector switch set to low beam? Am I goofy? I thought the upper light was the high beam bulb?
Good video. Check your fork dust seals. They look like they have rust coming out of them. I had the same problem and had the seals replaced. Maybe you could try a mild rust removing chemical to clean up the rust then apply silicon grease to them. Evaporust, vinegar, are some choices of chemicals. You could wet a sponge or cloth and wrap it in plastic so it doesn't dry.
as you're sitting on the bike you see where the clear windshield meets the black dash there's a screw on both sides remove that 1 screw from both sides. The 'Top Faring Only' needs to come off it should slide back 1/2 inch, then there's a notch on each side that I had a hard time getting it to un hook. Saw somewhere to slide a credit card between turn light and top fairing to unhook.
