I still have the 2004 version. I used to get 67 kmpl. Now just dont look at mileage.... Just sails past other vehicles in a flash. I updated the cosmetics to look like the Red one shown in this video. Never thought of upgrading coz i couldnt find a 150cc bike better than Unicorn. 2021 version could have given fully digital instrument panel. 18 years of being a Wing rider. ❤.

If weight has reduced by 6 kg and power is same so top speed should improve. But yes rear disc, Hazard light and a simple digital instrument cluster like in cb unicorn 160 bs4 would have clearly eliminated all competition in this segment.
I've 2010 Dec.model. many of u will agree that on uneven roads,the suspension sucks. Get lot of jerks and its not at all soft. Believe me,I've same problem since the first day. Recently I installed new rear suspension,but no gain,same jerks and Jerks,more bad for pillion. I've driven Hero hunk, Honda shine, believe me their suspension are far smoother.they never let you feel any jerks. Good part is, the engene smoothnes, even on 110km/h are 7k to 8k rpm. and handling and stability is amazing on plane roads.milage constant 50 to 52. Settle and gentle man's look.i wish if suspension was better,it would have been best bike in its segment
Sir, is unicorn better than CB shine in terms of back comfort? I am planning to purchase bike between one of them. And my preference is to avoid any backpain issue. Your opinion will be helpful 🙏

I like your videos a lot...I get the detailed review for the bikes with great explanation...By seeing your videos I concluded with Honda xblade to buy and waiting for Bs6 version...But now I'm bit attracted to hero xpulse...can you please make the detailed video comparing xpulse 200 and xpulse 200T with mileage and conclusion which one is better to daily commute and for yearly touring..
This video seems to be good, but why not to describe about the disadvantages on this model. Disadvantages like plastic chain casing, no dual abs, no digital odo meter, no LED lights etc. No fuel valve for on/off/reserve(BS6).. As the engine got totally replaced with newer BS6 fi(fuel injection) 160 engine, we're not sure about the reliability, smoothness in the long run and the value for money. For this pricing a consumer has multiple other brand options with latest features right ? Honda UNICORN BS4 is the end for Unicorn series. Better not to go with this floop 160 engine of Unicorn 160 which got discontinued. As to keep the sales stable Honda continued this model by changing (replacing) the engine and more over they are providing 3+3 years of warranty for this reason only.
I purchased honda xblade when i brake from higher speed this 160cc engine has gear down problem i done all threr free service done but no improvment however milage is amazing 52kmpl from carb xblade is amazing
Yes you can let them know this issue directly and if they don’t sort it out you can email Honda about the issue. They are good in dealing with any issue the customer faces.
Braking in front is actually better Talking about vibration it is present post 4k rpm so after 70 bike does vibrate Suspension has been changed which is too soft that it crashes big bumps with pillion
Yes its a new engine. This should be the same one that will be used in the Hornet, but it will surely be programmed different for better power in Hornet.
Does BS6 has loss of compression issue? With old one if we twist throttle straight away, it feels engine is having hard time to respond to sudden request of power.
As this is an fuel injection model, without an carburettor there will be no loss of compression and it responds well in the sudden acceleration of throttle right away from the start.

Thanks a lot. From FZ and unicorn for ride quality engine performance the better one is unicorn. But FZ has the advantage with braking. And for rough use also unicorn is the better one. Well like you said since SP 125 is feature rich unicorns pricing seems high because of the lesser features. And for approx 50-100km daily I would suggest the unicorn from the two. And for sure bro will be doing a comparison video.

For performance short rides less than 50 km a day pulsar is best and for more comfortable daily commute of more than 50 km with decent mileage unicorn is best
Bro what's ur opinion abt the gixxer sf 155 and 250 compared with its other rivals(200 ns, 220f, apache and duke) is it good or bad in terms of comfort milleage performance etc...
Gixxer has a really good engine and the ride comfort is good for the rider. But pillion will not be that comfortable. And about ride control it’s impressive with Gixxer.
I have a doubt that which gear you ride. I own bs4 unicorn 2019 model and i feel it very underpowered. And i feel very bad while riding. Power nhi lagta
As of now I haven’t tested much of the 160cc to 200cc bikes. And from the ones I have tested I will recommend the unicorn. But my suggestion will be to wait a bit because plenty of BS-6 bikes will be launched in the coming two months.
I have heard the engine reliability is not that good. Is that true? Has anyone done a long term usage of bs6 variant? Also heard that bs6 variant borrows the same engine from older cb unicorn 160 which was discontinued.
Bs6 useless bike...I sold it on 88000 rs 2021 model only 7000km run.and I bought 2nd hand for 75000rs 2019 model..I feel the difference while riding..engine is super smoother Than bs6...more efficient..

new bs6 model. Gear change is not smooth. Gear slip, false nutral, Jerking by fuel missing. Oil leakage from engine. Gear stuck when we try to urgent break from 4th gear to 2nd gear, we need to switch off bike and change gear to neutral and start again. It is horrible when we are in mid of road. I bought this bs6 three months ago and fed up. Rear break and headlight are very poor and tyre skiding Price is very high, switchs are not smooth .too much heat and sound from engine You check all these before buy this bike. First service ulpade four times service centre kayari. Oil leakage mari baki prasnam ellam ondu.
There is no comparison at all bro..Honda wants to make more money in India by selling revised activas 3g,4g,5g,6g,0g and unicorn 150,160, bs6.. Honda stopped launching new International models here in India and launching the aged ones with stickering work and adding small switches like engine kill, external fuel cap etc etc .. Indian's were not fools my dear Honda. There were N no. Of options available in the market. Still the old aged unicorn with price increase?? Hahaha it's time to upgrade. Bro pls choose 2019 model if you have an option, to continue the wing riders legacy.
