Looking into the internals on the Iowa Urban Express. I made some mistakes on washer/bushing placement. Look for my belt replacement video part 2 for corrections.

When i replaced my belt i didnt take the piece of where you threaded it on and i put the belt on the clutch wheel turns when i rev it did i mess up? I also had to pull the clutch apart

Bx31 v notched thanks for the video now. I just need. To find the belt and I'll do this haha my moped is running again but it basically chokes when driving I'll be hitting 28mph-30mph and it will just drop to like 5 stay running for a little then die water in. The tank or fuel filter im thinking?

churioz26 new cylinder new rings new piston everything is replaced it starts on a kick but it just won't go more than a mile. Or. Two

my guess is it's overheating because of an air leak somewhere. Check for air leaks. Did you use all new gaskets?
