Oh Christina. I live in South Africa and I just googled these candles. With the exchange rate, one of those candles is about a week’s groceries 🥺 But you win the prize for candle reviews. The way you describe them is like I can smell each layer as you speak. I will have to find something local to buy because I love beautiful fragrances too. My love language is words and your channel fills up my love tank in the best possible way. You are a treat and I’m so glad I stumbled across your channel at the end of last year. You are a gifted story-teller and I have grown so much as a person listening to you share your life - I love your other channel and also the true crime stories - I am fascinated by people’s psychology and why they do the things they do, and your balanced, fair perspectives are so refreshing. Also, I find myself saying “Good morning my lovelies, my beauties, my kids” when we wake up in the mornings. You should work for a candle co writing the descriptions! You shouldn’t have soot with these since they aren’t paraffin wax as long as you trim the wicks. They are a coconut soy blend which are better for us with sensitivities/migraines. I don’t mind spending more on quality, but I can’t order candles without smelling them first.

Honey I love Jackie Anna and I have been following her for so long. She got me together on my makeup journey and I'm still learning so now I'm diving into skincare another reason to watch her. But honey I cannot afford any of these candles I would love to but just do not see me paying more than I pay a bath and body works I will have to think of another way to support her. Hi, I got one of her candles and it smells amazing, it was the Gingerbread Traphouse, but I burned it on my stove and it left black soot on my range hood, it wasn’t there before I lit the candle, I’m hoping it was just a bad one I don’t mean that literally, you know what I mean I’m gonna get another and see what happens tyfs 😀❤️

If you keep the wick trimmed to 1/4 inch it should eliminate the black smoke that happens when the wick is not trimmed

I had that same issue even when I trimmed the wick. It left a film on stuff everytime I used it.

If your keeping the wick trimmed and there is still a lot soot, the wick is too big. This happens a lot with mass produced candles. I highly doubt she is making them herself.

Please check out Element candles. They are handmade in Charleston, SC. Wooden wick soy scented candles. They crackle like a little fire place when you burn them. Our candles are smokeless, no soot either.
