Today I’m (over) sharing my closet declutter. Things have gotten a bit messy and chaotic lately, so as part of wardrobe planning for Fall, I’ve decided to do a full declutter and re-organisation of my closet. Leave me a comment - I love to hear from you. Enjoy!
For reference, I am 5’2”. I am usually a size UK 10/EU 38/US 6/small.

I have been on this journey myself decluttering my wardrobe over the past year ..it took a few goes to clear the items That didn’t fit, I wasn’t wearing, my fantasy self clothes ……handbags shoes etc … now I have a wish list of items Which were missing from my wardrobe which I needed to make full outfits …. I haven’t purchased much but what I have are investment pieces.. a Cos blazer in Tan, a beautiful Trench coat from & other stories, some cashmere from marks and Spencer’s …I am in no way wealthy but …I now buy only great quality real wool, real cotton, real leather belts and bags, and shoes …not necessarily designer just good quality which I can keep for years items I love …I am so happy with my wardrobe I wear every single item hanging in it …and in a simple colour palette I love ❤… the days of an over stuffed wardrobe with nothing to wear Is gone,..

Very interesting that you’re heading into earthy tones for autumn and winter because we’re just coming out of it here in Australia and I went crazy wearing the earthy creamy, brown tones all winter! I loved it and need to make a video sharing all about it.. Thank you for sharing! ❤️

I have to say. ...its good to have a good declutter from time to time....i did it at the end of cold weather and end of hot weather for my kids, worked out what extra bits they needed, what could be handed on, etc.. but we dont treat ourselves as generously....so now i do, kids are grown and gone, i had a big clearout.. gradually things have built up again and its hard to find what you want, but hang on to things... so coming to the end of winter, i really need to follow your lead and be tough on myself for hanging on to stuff im not wearing....as we end winter here in Australia 🇦🇺👍

I try to get rid of clothes I don’t need after a season is over. I still have long way to go but it helps me to keep my closet organized. Thank you for this great video!

I should do a declutter 🤦🏻‍♀️but I don’t think I can! When I look at my bursting closet, I lose my willpower. I will do it though because I think this is important for my autumn/fall and winter wardrobe planning. Thank you for the inspiration!
