I’ve only just come across your channel and you’re both amazing. Amber is the image of her Daddy bless her. I have 8 beautiful children 4 boys and 4 girls (including twins) they each come with their own love. Well done Cary’s you are both amazing parents. My youngest is 6 and my eldest is 25. And now I have 2 Grand daughters at 36. Being young when I started helped so much with my energy, one of my girls is disabled but she’s always so happy. You’re both amazing honestly you both made me cry with love happy tears. Keep going ❤
Your doing amazing, my daughters are now 23 & 21 best job in the world, I’ve raised them on my own since my oldest was 21/2 yrs old, no regrets, my heart is full, loving watching Amber with Mabel a bond that will never be broken, sending you all Love and a hug when needed x ❤️
Congrats! My girl, Elsie, was born the day before on 2/3/23 (first time mum) and we were not prepared for those first 24hrs at home 😅 we werent even able to put her down in the bassinet to sleep!, she's 4 weeks today and cluster feeding a lot again. Breastfeeding is hard at the best of times and I've often thought how do people do it with a toddler in tow! So you're both doing amazing! & Amber and mabel are adorable x

Sitting here crying because this reminds me of my two girls I had at exact same ages as yours. I’m almost 3 months postpartum with my 3rd baby and my girls are much older now. ❤
I haven’t watched in a while because I’ve been so busy moving and starting a new job but oh my goodness!! Amber is a proper little toddler now and she’s grown up so much. I had a dollhouse like her when I was a child and she will get years of entertainment out of it. Congratulations ❤
Such a lovely video, that tip about saying it to the younger ones will be helpful for others I’m sure. Even with toys not constantly telling them to stop or they have to share and saying to the younger one that the older one is playing and to wait till they are finished etc. Does seem to help xx
Don't think youeover thinking it at all. I loved how you and Amber met at the hospital just you and could reunite BEFORE her meeting her sister. Great idea speaking to our new born that's spot on.

You was feeling all the emotions that you where when your milk came in, because your milk came in. It's a crazy hormone shift and it makes every new mum cry and super sensitive. You over thinking and all those things are part of it. I didn't breast feed with either of mine, but I felt every emotion when my milk came in. I cried at songs, all sorts. I can guarantee you are absolutely fine now haha ❤ enjoy the newborn bubble. When shes a couple of months youll realise how much its all changed and how well youve done with both kids. My 2 boys are 4 and a half years apart and they adore each other, the youngest is 2 in July and he can't get enough of his big brother. Your two will have the same bond soon enough xx

I am 9 yrs older than my baby sibling but I can remember not getting enough time just one on one with my mom once he came along. I was old enough to understand he needed her more and I didnt but young enough that it still hurt and made me sad and perhaps resentful of my brother. We shared a room (his crib was in my room but his toys were not) and my mom would let him come wreck my stuff, tear the covers off of books. It would have been ok if things weren’t damaged but he was a wrecking ball. I was just told “its his room too…put it away if you dont want him touching it” (it was my whole book shelf and my stuffed animals…there wasnt a place to put it away). So long story short, i commend you for recognizing Amber’s need for one on one time, being flexible. You’ll find a balance! Even if it isnt perfect (as each child’s needs change), the effort is amazing 🙌 Edit: echoing what youre saying to your toddler or young child to your baby…10/10!!! I wonder if similar would help with babies and dogs? 🤔
I needed a video like this! I’ve been pretty nervous about the addition of new baby in June with my 3yo and this just made regular life seem more manageable with the change! Not to say it’s easy/without it’s challenges, but it was just genuinely encouraging to see what life can look like with a new 2nd baby! 🥰

🥲 loving this vlog. I am 1week 1day post delivery of my little boy (born 21st March) and omg the adjusting to a newborn phase has been fun already 😅. He feeds every 2 hours and takes an hour to feed, burp and change. The pregnancy insomnia has came in handy 😂. So pleased you’re recovering well, Mabel is adorable and ambers reaction is adorable, congratulations to you guys again xx

I think we all worry about how the addition of a new baby affects the older ones. When we had baby three(now 21 months) I was worried they would feel jealous. But they are now asking "can they have another sister" so they can't have hated it too much!
Bless Amber she is such a little sweetheart and Mable is so gorgeous, precious girls 💗 my little girl was a terrible sleeper right from the very moment she was born so I know exactly how it feels she literally couldn't have slept any worse ! The first yr for sleep was horrendous, she is 20 months now and still wakes in the night but it's absolutely fine as she compared to how she was it's a breeze but it's true when people say they aren't little for long x

Mila literally melts my heart, in a few months time you and james will be like ''awwwww i miss her being a new born'' completely neglecting the hard moments which is majority of the time! My parents had seven kids and whenever my mum would comment like ''awww she was precious look at her/him as a new born'' and id be giving the biggest side eye hahahah but i love babiesssssss
