@@자몽-n7s 그럴 수도 있어요. 단 개인적으로 엔하이픈 이번 정규앨범에 가장 돋보이는 곡은 Moonstruck, Brought the heat back, Highway 1009라고 생각해요. 이 안에서 BTHB 계속 반복이 되긴해요, 세뇌 되려는 행동이지 않을까 싶었음. 물론 옛날에 Given-taken, Drunk-dazed, Tamed-dashed 비교가 안되지만여ㅠㅠ
The song is about Jealousy. And Cat is a symbol of Jealousy. And here they are fight for the Cat. The music video is so funny i mean the way they have no expression in the whole scene is hilarious.😂
I love BTHB, Enhypen always delivers and this is no exception. 🔥🔥🔥 They are vampires basically fighting over who gets the coffin/cat which represents their fandom (Engene). Done in a comedic horror theme.
@@MandyMoon12actually they’ve said that Chloe represents all the Engenes.. like they’re doing music for Engene, they’re ready to tell Engene all their secrets (about vampires, etc), and BTHB is about their jealousy, so they literally brought the heat inside their vampire cold bodies through the jealousy..
@ademilya_gil Thank you for all of the info! I had a typo in my comment. I was trying to say it's my first Come back. To learn their Lore would I start at their first music video?
The style of the MV reminded me of a Red velvet - Russian roulette. WELCOME BACK KPOP 2017. I love how Enhypen brings back kpop sensations from the past, first bite me and now brought the heat back ❤❤
That’s exactly what I was thinking!! Someone in the comments described it as comedic horror which is a perfect description- all I know is that they weren’t lying when they said they brought the heat back!!🔥
For BTHB the cat represents jealousy and guilt. It's based off the Edgar Allan Poe Story "The Black Cat". The MV pays homage to some of the themes in the story.
It may not be everyone's cup of tea & it's understandable, but I actually like it a lot bc it's quirky, upbeat & danceable, but it also has its chill moments. I think the song is about a strong feeling (jealousy) that is new to them, that's why the scenes are them one up-ing each other & trying to get the coffin (maybe symbolic of smt precious to them).
The song is about jealously and I think in the mv all the members are jealous of each other because of the cat. They're all fighting each other/killing each other for it. At 3:46 there's a missing cat poster so I'm guessing all the members are all chasing after (even tho the poster says not too lol) the cat. Maybe they want the reward? The cat is definitely magical or something like you can see at the end. At 2:41 you see Sunoo using the lights turning on and off to run off with the cat and the others all make shocked faces. And then we see Jake, Ni-ki, Sunghoon, and Heeseung go after him in the cars with Heeseung hitting Sunoo and killing him 3:35 (he comes back to life tho since theyre all vampires) and Jungwon is the one to see that happen and he then steals the cat and goes off with the bats. at 4:22 Jake sees him and uses his powers(?) im guessing with his eyes changing, leading the coffin to fall on Jungwon and kill him. At 4:29 Jake then has the cat in the elevator surrounded by the other members, his face looks really nervous and everybody else's eyes are all staring down at him since he has it. (The cat's in the coffin? or transformed into it I think) Then some sort of scruffle happens and Ni-ki freezes/kills (?) the other members and steals the cat from Jake as hes seen walking out with the coffin. I'm not entirely sure what happens here but Heeseung ends up with the coffin and it turns out to be a trick/fake(?) and throws it in anger. It seems like Sunghoon was the one who faked it since he was the last one to randomly pop up in the elevator at 4:30 then looking at us at 4:36 while the other members are down/lost consciousness, afterwards in that scene which I forgot to mention is Jake, Jay, and Heeseung are fighting, the only one not fighting is Sunghoon, seems as if he knows something. Back to what I was saying earlier Heeseung believes that Ni-ki is responsible for whatever happened as Heeseung is then seen locking him up in the closet 5:02. Heeseung and Jay are then seen pushing nails with bats into it to try to kill Ni-ki. Idk why but Jay and Heeseung are teaming up it seems. Afterwards we see some of the previous members who were killed come back alive. 6:07 Jungwon getting up after getting hit with the coffin and then throwing a fish at Jay? LOL and Ni-ki getting out of the closet alive, It for sure seems like them two are teaming as well as Jungwon seems to have saved him, and they were also seen earlier together at 4:40. As well as with Sunoo! so maybe theyre all making alliances to get the cat? At 7:04 we see a hand come out of a grave which could be for one of the members after getting killed. with them all dancing by the graves. To show how they all got killed maybe and rose again, and coming back to life since they're vampires and haven't died + plus its dark so theyre safe from the sun. Im not exactly sure afterwards why theyre running but it seems like the cat maybe punished them/confronted them? Or maybe they did catch the cat and return it somewhere? I have no idea but thats my thoughts on whats going on in the mv lol. I might be wrong on a lot idk Edit: Looking back at it seems as if its Ni-ki, Jungwon, Sunoo vs. Jake, Jay, and Heeseung. While Sunghoon is neutral (?)or maybe he knows something more, I believe he's the main character of their lore in the mvs, I'll have to look more into it. Heeseung(team1) hit Sunoo(team2) with the car Jungwon(team2) threw the bat wing at Jake(team1) Sunghoon driving alone in the car (neutral/hero?) Jake(team1) dropping the coffin on Jungwon(team2) In the elevator fighting scene it's Jake, Jay, AND Heeseung (all team1), im thinking they could be upset with each other that they lost the cat to Ni-ki In the fake coffin it's Sunoo, Jungwon, and Ni-ki together. (all team2) Its Heeseung AND Jay(team1) hitting Ni-ki's closet with nails Jungwon throwing the fish at Jay to possibly help Ni-ki ofc I can be completely wrong and it could be a coincidence. the teams make sense tho as 1 is the hyung line, 1 is the maknae line and Sunghoon the middle child Edit 2: Or maybe Sunghoon's the villian? He outsmarted them all? As I said he was seen as neutral but he was the one who tricked all the other members with the fake coffin/cat in the elevator. I never thought of what happened after Heeseung ended up having the fake coffin/Ni-ki didnt have it, Sunghoon probably took it while in the elevator. Maybe he wanted the missing cat reward for himself? maybe the reward is a wish? or maybe he wanted to stop all the fighting somehow. as said before he is the main character in the mv lore. Plus I forgot to mention he has his own running scene at 11:10 aswell. Yeah some of the other members had similar scenes afterwards but you could see the other members arms/backs on the sides. Sunghoon was the only one running alone. From what? Or maybe he's running with the missing cat to help it? OR running from the others chasing after him as he wants to be the one to get the reward or rescue the cat. Sorry yall im an engene + a yapper, what a combination🤕
@@MandyMoon12 LOL Thanks! I was obssessed with the mv so I kept watching it over and over and watching reactions too it. then I started to notice the story so I had to type it down🙏
The only thought on my mind after seeing the mv and listening to the song was WHY WASN'T THIS CHOSEN AS THE TITLE TRACK??? XO is a solid song but Brought the Heat Back definitely sounds more title-tracklike.
At first I thought that too, but then I realised then XO fits more with the concept cinema, cause that song is about love and romance that they were trying to portray and this song is about jealousy. I wish they could have made this a second title track like aespa did.
@@C.o.c.o.J You have got a point. Then, maybe they should have released this as a pre-release. It would've gotten more attention that way. Releasing it after the title track didn't get it the streams it deserved.
ikrrr, like no hate to XO but bthb is soo much better and im so sure their comeback would’ve been even more successful if bthb was the title track since its soo good
The MV does not have dark Moon logo at the end, meaning it is not part of their overall lore, its a stand alone piece. The song is about jealousy so great its driving you insane, I don't think its supposed to make much sense. There is a lot of symbolism in the video but other ppl already pointed it out. I have seen the last scene somewhere (sort of stop motion, going over the hill) but I cant place it! if someone know the reference please tell me!
thanks for reacting BTHB 🔥🔥🔥, i really want you to react to Fatal trouble by enhypen, the song is great, the choreography is crazy too, you won't be disappointed, don't miss it 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
Definitely Enhypen struggled a lot to this side B. They hired the director of Armageddon's music video for this, Nicola Formichetti (Lady Gaga Fashion Director) for style, Jam Republic for choreography (and ni-ki!) And A Music was produced by the same genius of Bite Me. Can I say that Jay and Jungwon loved it? !! My theory: They basically were jealous of something or someone and they were basically killed by jealousy, which explains why Sunoo was hit by Heeseung's car, Jake crushing Jungwon with the coffin, if you look more closely, ni-ki Freezes the members, in a small jungwon, ni-ki and sunoo coffin are, but Heeseung throws the same coffin through the window, Heeseung locks ni-ki in that big coffin and in the next clip breaking the same coffin with ni-ki and jungwon beating him With a club, and Jungwon throwing a fish beating Jay with it, while Jay is singing his high grade, if you look closely, you can see scars and small brands of blood, but very little, and Sunoo says in the lyrics that it is He or me, which means that fighting for us engineers, which leads to basically killing each other for us, then another Russian roulette like red velvet. It is just a theory that can be totally wrong. LOL. Thank you for this wonderful reaction. ❤🔥❤🔥.
Its not everyones cup of tea but its definitely mine .❤❤ Also you can react to its BTHB choreo on 1 the kill or maybe dance practice the choreography is so cool
As an &team + enhypen stan should I sit n imagine some relation or reference here with the howling at the end?? Werewolves (&team) and Vampires (enhypen)..
