OMGGG THUNDER kjsdghjsdgsjl, with that song I fell in love with D.O's voice, this and black pearl were songs that I used to listen to in a loop for 3 hours or so, it really throwback so many memories T.T Now I'm waiting for reactions of all those EXO´s old b-sides uwu

Thunder is DO's Supremacy. This is at the top of my most favourite songs from EXO together with Don't Go and El Dorado.

12:40 This song was released on 2014 and no, Chen was not in the military at that time. If you haven't noticed, this song is sung by EXO-K and not EXO. From their debut, EXO was divided into 2 subgroups EXO-K and EXO-M. during that time EXO had 12 members, 6 each in the subgroups. EXO-K : D.O., Baekhyun, Suho, Chanyeol, Sehun, Kai was the korean subgroup, promoting mostly in korea EXO-M : Lay, Chen, Xiumin and the 3 Chinese members who have now left the group : Kris, Luhan, Tao. They were promoting mostly in China, singing in Mandarin. Both EXO-K and EXO-M had the same songs in their albums, just the languages were different. Which is why all the songs EXO-K and EXO-M had are in 2 different languages.

The live stage of this, is so much better if I'm being honest....there were additional sound effects in the live and their vocals are so clear in the live, that's why I really fell in love with this song. I recommend the live stage of thunder, where they were all wearing black shirt ... if I'm not mistaken, it was performed with their other songs in their concert 'white noise-playboy-thunder-artificial love'

@@ggigie yes bec the recorded lyric video was just EXO-K OT6 (which still sounds amazing tho.. its EXO) the live version is OT9 and Chen who was EXO-M has that Thunder ⚡ power.

Thunder by EXO.. one of my faves.. a song that never fails to make me move. And that is what I love about D.O.'s vibrato. How he uses just a bit in his lines always makes me feel being teased bec it sounds so good. Haha 😆❤️

Yes Aron! This song came out around 2014 and in that time exo were still promoted as exo k and exo m, it means that chen sang in the Chinese version and that's why he is not on the track. This song is so good! Especially when it came to d.o's voice with all of his little smart runs! Anyway you now must check out the live stage for thunder because the stage is so good!!

I'm really proud. The song came out in 2014. I think so, but EXO is EXO's vocal group. I've never seen a new group that had an amazing start like EXO. There is a famous line that says, "If everyone was looking for talent and not trend, they would have become EXO fans."

As others have said, as you like it you need to hear the live version as this is EXO-K, the lives have Chen (brilliant in this song) Xuimin and Lay. Of course, you can also listen to EXO-M to hear Chen, Xuimin and Lay, but personally, I love Chen's vocal with D.O. and Baekhyun.

Literally one of my favorite EXO bsides ever!! Sooo goooddd. So back during this time there were usually "unit songs" like you mentioned EXO-K & EXO-M. So the other membees that are not in this song are in the other. The Chinese version (EXO-M) of Thunder is actually my personal favorite, you should check it out on your own time. I mean it's pretty much the same melodies and all but it just hits different sksk.

This is EXO-K, so it's Baekhyun, D.O., and Suho as vocalists, and Chanyeol, Sehun, and Kai as rappers. It's funny you mentioned that "frequency" that fills the space because the previous song in the live set is White Noise (White Noise, Thunder, Playboy, Artificial Love - EXO with 9 members).

Enjoyed your reaction a lot. Was surprised to see you make such a long video for a b-side without an official MV, but as soon as you replayed the intro, I understood why. "Thunder" just hits different when it meets the right person. You really must check out the live stage from Exo'rdium, as it's absolutely stunning (this song was made for thunderstorms, and I loved that they started it off with Chen's lightning power). Used to go on repeat when I first discovered it, so I'm happy that you liked it :)

you should react to the live version with all the members singing. to say it is wonderful is not enough. this version is not with all members, I believe that exo-k and exo-m still existed, this would be the Korean version..

Aaron, if the groups are from SM, one thing you must know that every groups from that company have their own subunit atleast 2 and above 😭🤣🤏 if you see there is no complete member then it's a subunit 😵‍💫😭🤏🤣🤣
