The grill bits that come with the drill are pretty much unuseable and they’re the same with almost every drill from Amazon (all of these ones are the same) whatever drill you buy your going to need to buy your own bits. Hope this helps🤍

@@Keigancarah has anyone else found it switches off ? I was really excited for it but wondering if the one I got sent is faulty .I had only started on the cuticles and its moter didn't sound right it slowed right down and switched off ! 😭
I purchased the Melody Susie drill with the ceramic nail bits based on your recommendation. I tried it on one nail to see how quickly it would remove builder gel and it was so quick and smooth. I don't put a lot of layers of gel on my nails since I am just trying to strengthen and enhance my natural nails. It worked very well and did a great job cleaning up my cuticles. The ceramic bits are definately nicer to use then the steel bits. Nice, gentle product for beginners.

I’m new to doing nails and I bought this exact Melodie Susie and I HATED it. It takes me foreverrrrrr (I mean hoursssssssssss…sometimes taking breaks for the night and going on the next few days even) to file thru ANY of the acrylic…it’s just too weak. Again, my first time EVER doing acrylic and my first EVER nail drill…but maybe I just need the ceramic bits like you said? Or maybe I’m just not applying the acrylic correctly 😓 all I know is it stressed me out enough to set it down and never pick it up since…that was like 7 months ago
She is so correct about melody Susie drill I have it and had for over a year I’m still a beginner I paid $18 and it has does me justice I do my girls and my nails with it now going to get my ceramic nail drill bits. But one thing I will say don’t just unplug it. turn it off first then unplug then unplug. It will make your drill go crazy 😜 lol learned my lesson

This is a great video. I think giving the nail drills away to someone is a good idea. I don't need one however as I have a melodysusie drill that I really like and works fine.
Please help???When do you use the reverse button other e-files don't usually have that function so I'm confused I don't know about the Melanie Susie drill it doesn't tell you how many rpms you'd have to be careful doing a Russian manicure
this video would have been so good for me when i was starting omg !! one thing about the melody susie one though, i had that drill for about a year and it was great but then the friction fit started breaking down and vibrating and becoming more wobbly in a sense, making it impossible to use - i’d say it’s good for a little while for beginners, but if you can, invest in a little more expensive one!

What drill tool and drill bit did you just purchase I am a professional Hair dresser and do my own nail i have a cheap drill but what to purchase a better quality product you said you just purchased an new on and that is why you were doing a give away so what brand did you buy for yourself?

if you cant afford to drop $40 on a nail drill, then you should find something else to occupy your time. nothing under your given price point will be quality enough to function at all... if you want nice nails you gotta be willing to spend AT least what you would have dropped at a nail salon anyway. that considered, i cannot fathom your reasoning or choosing such cheap products. I would have loved to see something at a $45 (maaaybey $30 minimum. maybe.) , $70, $100 + range, etc. youre simply flushing money down the toilet getting those. might as well save up for something that truly, actually does what it should.
