I think it looks great on you and I love the color. I live in Alabama and totally get what you said about a short option because it can get really gross during the summer. Just humid. I have the a couple of Clarie toppers, the Melanie and am getting another Melanie topper in Permafrost so it was nice to see your video with that color. Thanks for the video!!
Many wig reviewers who companies reach out too and they don’t do it to everyone ,don’t necessarily like the wig they review all the time . But it does look fine on you !
Yes, it can be misleading when people get products for free just to push them whether or not they like them. I am always honest about my feelings on alternative hair because it is such an emotional and huge investment for women....I never want to mislead anyone!

I have been learning about wigs and toppers, have never purchased one yet, but was just diagnosed lichen planipolaris and will most likely loose my hair.,. I noticed that you have a good bit of bio hair, are you currently doing a minoxidil or something similar, or nothing at all, and if you are using medication, does the wig interrupt hair growth?

Hi, Bonnie! I have been very pleased with the quality of my Uniwigs pieces especially for the price point. If I purchased another one I would probably end up choosing a different color, solely out of personal preference. I really love their Mousse Brown and Almond Frost is also a beautiful blonde!
I have a different Uniwigs topper, and I am really unhappy with it. Tried to tone this color with purple shampoo and it toned it lilac. On top of that, the front refuses to lie flat on my head and therefore, I do not wear it.
I'm so bummed you are unhappy with yours! Permafrost is definitely a warmer color in my opinion...but have you tried using a clarifying shampoo to get the lilac out? You can also use a tiny bit of dish soap, but make sure that you immediately rinse it out and do a conditioning masque after so it doesn't dry out the hair! Toppers are tricky to me, and getting them to lay flat sometimes is just downright frustrating. Wigs will always be my alternative hair of choice just simply for the ease of them!
