I used these alarms for the first time for 48 hours and they were perfect but the two times since they have lost sync for no obvious reason, in fact exactly as you described. I bought these from TFT in March 2023, I put numerous new sets of batteries in (which would have been equally disappointing if they were running out so quickly) but this didn’t fix anything. I was however able to re-sync them but by then I could have missed bites etc etc. Could this be because I went out of range at some point (left my fishing partner with the rods) and this has caused them to go out of sync? I don’t know 🤷♂️but to be sure I will give them another go in the next week or two. I really hope I had just gone out of range at some point because I really like everything else about them.
Hello mate, yep sounds exactly like my problem. I know I wasn’t out of range though. Always staying within 10m of the rods. I lost all confidence tbh. If a run is missed during the night it can be detrimental to the fish. I’ve switched over to delkim txi d now. Used them on a dozen sessions with no issues. It’s a shame about the soniks.
I like the gizmos but have had problems with batteries lasting. No matter what batteries I use they start flashing after 36 hour session. Also the snag ear lights are not just dim in the day they’re useless. I did send them back and had good communication with Sonik but apparently they had them working on the bench for four days with no issues. So will be looking to get replacement.
There is certainly issues with them. Testing on a bench isn’t the same to being out in the element’s, I think this is the way out of sending new ones. I use delkim TXI now and they’ve been bullet proof so far!

Was very close to buying these, but what put me off was hearing the snag ear lights are quite dim in bright day light. Went with the cheaper SKS instead, only downside is i may need to use additional snag ears at some stage. Hope Sonik fix your issue mate.
Yeah during the day it is a struggle to see which alarm has lit up. Especially the yellow. Still haven’t heard back so not that hopeful tbh. I’ve upgraded now first session today with the new alarms 🎣
Hello, How can i connect receiver to alarms? I have new one but cant connect eachother. P.s when receiver light is on it working, but when light (after few seconds) off, receiver not working when alarms roller moving. I want to know is it my problem or its alarms problem.
