What are your thoughts on the one piece live action?

I think the one thing a lot of animes suffer from is directly adapting the manga into an anime without considering the medium they're adapting to. There's a reason that shows like Game of Thrones, Walking Dead and Harry Potter are drastically different products than their predecessors. What works for a book or comic doesn't necessarily transition to the pacing of TV or a Movie. On one hand, I don't blame them. I would want every aspect of something I worked on directly translated into an animated format. I also don't blame studios. It's more to put out there. However, you can have your cake and eat it too. It's just not in the form of putting everything out in one sitting. If they're doing a reboot series of One Piece, it's probably indicative that they've learned this lesson and recognized the potential of getting a larger audience by trimming the fat.

I am making this comment to make sure i got it right. You're not a One Piece hater by all means, you've read the manga, watched the live action and ...a part of the anime?i think. Correct me if i'm wrong pls

Correct. I'm all caught up with the manga. It's a great story. The anime has a pacing issue

@@SonwayReviews i agree, it does have a pacing issue, but i feel like i have to address the fact that in the video you're saying half-truths. 0:08 First, i feel like its clickbait but you can't compare the LAOP with the anime cause even though they have the same plot its a different story

First came here form your supercell review , I thought your chatting a whole load of BS ( you lost me you didn’t know there was black people in UK ) , now your saying this your channel is just not it saying Live Action is anime , I love live action but it’s just not better , You complaining there back stories in anime and how they did in live action when it barely tells there back stories 😂
