Scriptures say God cannot lie; it is not in his character. We are His
children, created to be like Him. Dishonesty should have no place in our
character, either. Jesus called Satan a liar and the father of lies. Our lineage is
through our heavenly Father. We are part of His new creation, where lies will
have no place.
For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their
prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.
