Honey date nut crunch | nut bar 

Healthy honey date nut | nut bar | nut | dates
Ingredients:
Dates - ½ cup
Almonds - ¼ cup
Walnuts - ⅛ cup
Pine nuts - ¼ cup
Cashews - ¼ cup
Method:
1. Soak ½ cup dates for about 20 minutes.
2. Dry roast ¼ cup almonds and ⅛ cup walnuts till there is slight change in color.
3. Dry roast ¼ cup pine nuts till there is slight change in color.
4. Dry roast ¼ cup cashews till there is slight change in color.
5. Separate the dates from soaked water.
6. Remove the seeds and chop.
7. Transfer the chopped dates to a blender.
8. Add 2 tbsp of honey to this and blend smooth.
9. Transfer the dates mixture to a bowl.
10. Now chop all the roasted nuts except the pine nuts.
11. Add all the roasted chopped nuts to the dates mixture.
12. Mix everything well.
13. Transfer to a baking tray lined with a parchment paper.
14. Firmly press the mixture and even it out.
15. Place this in the freezer overnight.
16. Remove from the freezer and chop as desired.
17. Enjoy.
