Great idea David and great way to think outside the box. While the sliding dovetail is a great concept, have you come up with a way to use off the shelf deep frames in a similar fashion? Keep up the great work👍
Hi Eddy! Thanks for the kind words. I think you’re right that the most ideal solution is using prebuilt Langstroth frames. I’m still thinking about how that can be done easily and effectively, so if you have any ideas let me know!!! :)

Surprised a quick cut allows them to separate so easily! Vid changed my mind on viability . Next challenge which is rather minor - When the dovetail joint gets wet with honey - how easy is that to resolve? . . Obvious solution would be to wash off with water and then allow wood to dry. Seems like that could take a bit of time. . .
