Beautiful I've committed myself again to daily prayer of at least 20 minutes totally focused on praying for others needs. It is energizing, uplifting and brings clarity , a lot like meditation..but even better! I'm a single mother, with little support from those who I thought would support us, but each day I keep pressing on and pushing ahead also living with fibromyalgia symptoms. Life is hard , He never promised an easy road. 😇
Brooke, what you shared from the power of the Holy Spirit about Jesus passing the test hit me hard. It was God speaking to me about a worry I had about a fear I had and I was worried I wasn’t passing His test of my faith. I’m balling my eyes out. He is ALL I NEED 😭 ❤

I love this song, I was playing it in the hospital while I was praying as my husband was fighting for his life from stage 4 pancreatic cancer. It was a traumatic time for me, I played that song over and over again. But my miracle never came, and my husband past away 8 weeks after the diagnosis. I have the terrible Images in my head now every time I hear this beautiful song.

The truth of God's provision in the wilderness almost seems bizarre when we consider the dryness and nothingness of the desert. It is rather humbling to our spirits and too high for the human senses to attain the truth that God is willing to and really provides in the wilderness. He does whatever He wants for His Name sake. Thank you both bless my life with this song... Brandon's testimony reminded me of my family. We were always living the moment of the widow that Elijah encounters. Where we lived in the last of the flour in the jar moment. God was always providing for a family of 14 kids... Home I grew up. Just today as I was out in town driving, in the world, away from my home the safe place, I pondered the vast difference between the world and the kingdom of God. I've always referred to the world as "the jungle". Then, as I pondered, the kingdom of God refers to the world as "The wilderness" yes, in the world it's cold and it's lost. But in the Kingdom of God we have JESUS everything we need in the ROCK of Christ.

No matter what you think of the doctrine of Bethel or Hillsong, the music these different people present to us as believers, it is so powerful in the anointing of the Spirit. And I am seeing so many fundamentalists attacking different people and it is scary. I have listened to hours of Dr. Tim Kellers’ teaching and it always resonates. He has been attacked as a cultural marxist and social justice warrior. When Christ is on the throne, the system will be perfect common ism. And social justice in the book of Leviticus is all over the Law. If the world had a system such as Israel instituted with Levitical law as the bedrock, well, it would be a better place. Shalom.
