📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
500g (4 cups) all-purpose flour
200 g (1 cup) powdered sugar
2 eggs
200g (14.1oz) butter
2 tbsp honey
2 teaspoons of baking soda
Walnut filling:
350 g (3.1 cups) walnuts
50g (0.25 cups) sugar
4 tbsp honey
125g (4.4oz) butter
Cream:
300 ml (1.27 cups) milk
1/2 tbsp vanilla pudding powder or cornstarch
1/2 tbsp all-purpose flour
80 g (0.4 cups) sugar
2 tbsp vanillin sugar
250g (8.8oz) butter
Bake: 180°C (356°F) for 10 minutes on top/bottom heat
Baking pan diameter: 33 cm x 29 cm (approx. 13 inches x 11.4 inches)
