Honey Pecan Upside Down Cake 

Honey, Pecan Upside Down Cake. What a beautiful thing. It's a cross between a pecan roll, a sticky bun, and a pecan pie. You can arrange the pecans beautifully, but you don't need to. You can just throw in a bunch of pecans. I love the look of it arranged personally. You need no equipment to make this beauty, and it comes together very quickly. Perfect to serve worth coffee or tea in the afternoon. Also, it makes a wonderful breakfast 😉
Honey Caramel Sauce:
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt
Pecans (1 cup or more)
Cake:
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons sour cream
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Bake @ 350° F for 42-45 Minutes
