Looks amazing Julie! I usually cook my chicken breast side down the first half of cooking then flip it over. I can tell a difference in the juiciness of it but also, like you, I like my chicken breast nice and brown so that is why I flip it.
Butter, dried thyme/rosemary and add salt and seasoning. Cover with foil. Put one onion and salt and garlic inside. 45 min. Add honey put in oven, then take out and add honey again 5 times... How long do you wait before you take the chicken out for the next honey coat?

The thing your ingredients it's insufficient for marinating chicken..the chicken it's big and fat but your butter smaller than wings it's should be proportion well,am just saying.
