These brown bread made from bread flour and whole wheat flour, soft-textured, and mildly sweet.
Honey Wheat Brown Bread/Easy and Tasty
(Servings: 4)
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (120ml) water
¼ cup (70g) honey
1tsp (5g) sugar
¼ tsp (2g) salt
1Tbsp (6g) of cacao powder
2/3 cup (100g) bread flour
2/3 cup (100g) whole wheat flour
1 tsp (4g) bread machine instant yeast
1Tbsp (14g) unsalted butter
(350F/180C) Bake 20-22 minutes
