How do I delete the option for Bank Transfer (ACH Payments). We charge enough to cover 3% card payment fee and the bank transfers just throw us off our finance schedule as we have salaries, rents etc to pay. Thanks for your video!

I have been calling all the departments within my bank (PNC) all day asking if they can connect Honeybook to my account. They keep saying they've never heard of Honeybook and don't know. Then they tell me to contact Honeybook and ask them if they connect to my bank. So I did that for hours today and never could speak to anyone and received no call back from Honeybook either. Do you know if my bank would connect to Honeybook? I'm a bookkeeper so I also need to connect to Quickbooks....please help.

I don't have " Instant Deposit Account" do I need to activate it somewhere in the settings?

"The instant deposits feature is currently only open to members who have been receiving payments through HoneyBook for at least 6 weeks."

For clients living out of state, do you have to apply their state's sales tax (or your own state) to your invoices on HoneyBook?

This would depend on the state you live in and the state the client lives in! So YES you do have to add the correct sales tax in Honeybook but I couldn’t tell you exactly how to do it for your particular area !

Can I create packages then integrate a widget into my website with Honeybook? Or do I have to send the honey 🍯 book 📖 invoice to my clients?

You currently have to get them into Honeybook first. Check out my video on public proposals with Dubsado for something like this! However HB is working on one but idk how long til it’s out of beta bc we just got testing access recently and they’ll probably do a decently long beta!

Thsnk you for sharing. What if I charge a refundable deposit in case of damages? Will I be able to return it to the client and how long will it take for them to get it back? Thanks in advance.

I don’t know of any CRMs at this time that support automatic refundable deposits. You’d have to do it manually for each one in HB! Would take 5-10 business days
