Thanks very nice to see HK bustling and commercial activities . In the 1990 when I spent time there it was so bustling … nice to see it again ..great city. Beautiful. Crowded yes but it is still happening..

I been there in 2007 this city is propably most expensive city in Asia .Cantonese region .I was there in era where smartphones was just stsrting and i had terrible camera . I have memories from this city I am rare European who loves Asia Regards ❤😊

It's a pity that the video doesn't convey the smells, only the sounds. They say Hong Kong smells like a bitter herbal infusion because of the stalls that serve lung cha.
I still remember the moment I was sipping my milk tea on a Star Ferry across the harbour from Wanchai to Tsim Sha Tsui on a foggy day. The smell of sea, the gasoline, my fragrance diptyque l'ombre, it smells like fresh grass after a rainy day and my cup of tea. That was a life memory to me.

Amazing! 18:45 I walked through this gas station to caught a bus home everyday when I was in high school some 50 years old. Tram route never change, i can tell where it is along the way, but every store, every view has changed. Thank you for posting this, it is time to visit.
@@kimeliThere's literally nothing wrong with neon lights; they're obviously better than LEDs. Hong Kong doesn't need to "adapt" to anything: It needs to be Hong Kong. The whole world is boringly the same, it's time cities revert back to what they used to be before Globalism.
- May be they are going home - They import food from mainland china and other nation around, they also produce their own food through high tech.urban farming -Is center of trade, high tech manufacturing and innovation, that is were most of the inhabitants work
tried and took tram to go around HK Island. quite bumpy as is not similiar car suspension. bought a brushed paint of tram as souvenier from standley market and the quality can last mre than 10 years.
