Here's our plane spotting video of at Hong Kong Airport, during the afternoon rush hour. Hong Kong Airport is one of the world's busiest cargo hub & home to Cathay Pacific, HK Express, Hong Kong Airlines & Greater Bay Airlines operating with 1 terminal & 2 runways
The airlines featured in the video are Air China, Asiana Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Cargolux, China Eastern Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines, Greater Bay Airlines, Hong Kong Cargo, Hong Kong Express, Lufthansa, Malaysia Airlines, Qatar Cargo, Royal Brunei Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Teleport, Terra Avia Airlines & UPS

A fantastic and very entertaining video of jets taking off at hong kong airport loved them all especially some planes that we dont see in the UK because of the restricted mile ranges great filming well done and the sound Awesome....

Odd that Cathay Pacific never used any Airbus A380s.

I actually read somewhere about the same as to why Cathay didn’t for for the A380. I believe they preferred more frequency using their twin engine WB as compared to lesser frequency & more capacity on the A380. Also the WB twin engine had more cargo carrying capacity as compared to the A380.

You are actually wrong on CX's A330s. They received their very first A333 back in 1997 when Kai Tak was still in service.

You are correct. Apparently they had received their first back in 1995. Saw a piece that said 2003, though it was another batch of new orders which were being delivered, I had assumed they were the first. So correction there & thank you for pointing out😀

@@aerowanderer You are welcome! Yes, you can tell by the registrations which batch of aircraft were delivered firstly. Also the A333s CX took over from KA.

Last year i go to japan so i need connection flight from hong kong to haneda or narita i forgot but i was really happy to see 747 and A340 parked in front of my but that is not my flight though🥲
