I lived in HK for four years back in the early '90s and when I wasn't (shamefully) eating McDonald's, I lived on Guk ju pa fan! Totally forgot about it! Thanks for the trip down memory lane, I'll be putting this together this week.
We don't say the -shire part. It's pronounced Wooster, as in Bertie Wooster from the Jeeves and Wooster stories. Not Worchestersheer, or Worchestershyer or Worchestersher. Simply, Wooster Sauce.
it was one of my fav when i was still in hk.i always have it in cafe de coral. now that im back in my country, i terribly missing it. it's good that i came across ur video. luvvit😋😋
hotdog and baked beans, burger and fries, fried chicken and mashed potatoes, spicy sausage with roasted or grilled gell peper and onionswith a hot spicy mustard.Chiliwith beans and meat spiced with Wasabi for people with pepper allergies.
it's the sauce that makes or breaks this dish, can anyone that has worked in the kitchen of a hk style cafe verify how legit her recipe is for the sauce?
@@VideoDeadGaming I’m English too. The sauce has two names, “Worcestershire” and “Worcester”. That’s why there are two correct ways of saying it in British English.
everything looks delicious except for the cheese. imo, cheese and asian food just do go together. instead of the cheese, i would had just sprinkled the top with panko bread crumbs.
The full recipe is in the link in the description, but bake at 190°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rice is heated through - Chris
It's probably a very nice recipe and she's probably a very good cook. We need to film her working with her hands and not at her face and just talking and talking. I understand she's a pretty girl, but this doesn't take 10 minutes. Just give us the nitty gritty. Just show us. Don't tell us.
I have just followed your recipe according to your link and it has to be the worst, saltiest recipe I have ever eaten. The batter recipe you have for just the pork chop calls for 1 tablespoon for 2 pieces of pork. I scraped off all the batter but the meat was already messed up from the salt. Could you please check your recipe and update. Thank you
