Spring onion white should be cooked alongwith ginger and garlic to make them Soft. Otherwise a good recipe, can add oyster sauce for a better taste. All the best

I'm sorry, we don't have this in Hong Kong. We don't have "Indian chicken" in Hong Kong. I think what you made looks nice at home but I won't be able to find this dish anywhere here.
