That first Dai Pai Dong, I went there twice recently. The first time was great. Then the second time I went they were quite rude to us so we left.

Yeah that's the thing, in hk manners are not that important to alot of restaurant workers😂 part of the Charm I guess. It's a shame, but at least the food is always good. Thanks for the comment I appreciate it👍

Great video Rick! Used to live next door to Temple Street and this makes me miss it a lot! Can confirm that the food spot you went to at the start serves really nice food but the dude running it is always very angry for some reason 😬

Great video, im curious what the price is for fortune telling?
@RickMeetsWorld
@RickMeetsWorld 2 месяца назад
Hi there, thanks for the comment. He didn't charge me an exact amount he just ask for whatever i wanted to give. I gave about 15 dollars but i was there for about 40mins in total and he was surprised I actually paid so much. The street in that area is covered in fortune tellers, some using birds to select a card to find out your future. Its definitely a great place to explore if your ever in Hong Kong. If your interested in fortune tellers take a look at another video I did with the Villain Hitting Grandmas of Hong Kong, this is way more fun. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-90xsyVWp55c.html

The place I went to was ming fat spicy crabs but I don't know if it's still good. But if you go to any of the out door seafood markets they should have the spicy fried crabs hong kong style. Typhoon Shelter Crabs is also what it's called.

Rick, a bit of a silly question here but how much is it for a beer 🍺 in Hong Kong in one of them outdoor restaurants?
@RickMeetsWorld
@RickMeetsWorld 9 дней назад
Thanks for the comment. From memory between HKD25-30 so between $3-4 or euros. But remember that's for a 1litre bottle. In all fairness it's a good price. Blue Girl and Tsing Tao are the cheaper brands and are more German influenced in taste. Which is OK by me haha.
