[Hong Kong solo trip] Visit 17 stores in 2 nights and 3 days | Hong Kong food tour 

This is a compilation of my trip to Hong Kong in March.
This trip to Hong Kong is a solo gourmet trip, so I visited 17 restaurants over 2 nights and 3 days.
I tried not only dim sum and Hong Kong sweets, but also congee, douhua, and bakeries that originated in Hong Kong.
I also went to restaurants that I wasn't able to visit during my trip to Hong Kong last year.

Dim Sum Dim Sum Specialty Store

If you want to eat dim sum, this is a must-go.
It's a chain store, so if you're not sure which restaurant to choose, this is the place to go.
They have a wide variety of Hong Kong dishes such as Xiaolongbao and Chinese buns, and they're very busy even on weekdays.

They also have a wide selection of drinks such as coffee and soft drinks.
You should definitely try the Hong Kong-style French toast.

Some stores have eat-in spaces, so if you want to buy something and eat it right away, it's a good idea to check in advance
The interior of the store has a stylish atmosphere, and you can relax in the cafe space

Dim sum restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui
The taro croquette is excellent.
The outer batter is crispy and the inside is filled with minced meat and chives.
It's as soft as a crab cream croquette.
I definitely recommend it.
Ichi Douhua

The tofu is very smooth and goes well with the almond sauce, making it very delicious.
It's so tasty that you could easily finish the whole thing even after dinner.
The inside of the restaurant is very small, but that's also nice.
Recommended for solo travelers.
