Hong Zhongnan (Hong Zongnan 洪宗南) Shanghai Wu Style Taijiquan Short Form 

Hong Zhongnan was six times push hands champion in Shanghai and Jiangxi Provence during the 1980's. Here he is performing the Short Form of the Shanghai Jianquan Taijiquan Association at the UC Berkley Campus where he taught Taiji for many years.
