I covered the LA Premiere of "Honk For Jesus. Save Your Soul" in LA. In Part two, I catch up with some of my faves who hit the red carpet. Marsai Martin, Essence Atkins, Novi Brown, Kendrick Sampson and more talk the Black church and what they are excited to see in the film.
Regina Hall and Sterling K. Brown took lead the film as Pastor and First Lady Childs. The satirical mock-umentary style comedy is also the debut of two new dope voices in Hollywood who happen to be twin sisters. This is just the beginning for Naija queens Adannė (producer) and Adamma (writer/director) Ebo, who teamed up with Jordan Peele's MonkeyPaw and Daniel Kaluuya's 59% productions to bring their film to life.
