? honkai doesn't have this, there are usually 5 to 7 characters per update to enter the banner, here they just show the new character, the events of the version, a little of the story, and some rewards

And they don't really have to. CN is a patch ahead and with the exception of special events the banners are mostly identical - there are several places you can find the expected schedule both on YT and Twitter. That said usually you are guaranteed to have a four week long banner for the New S-Rank and one for her gear from the start of the patch. Other banners can vary and some might run concurrently with those two but those two in particular have been consistent since the start of Part 2 at least.

@@gago0427 idk why people expect Russian dub, but there is no Russian localization either, despite being one of the largest communities outside of CN/SEA. They will never do this because it's not worth it money wise. Global is not doing well, game is barely alive there.
