the trailblazer should know that you can't die in a dream as many times as they point that out during the story then all the characters suddenly forget about that later on.
@@metsussy it's not. and people don't generally turn into a puddle of water when they die. Also Firefly is the operator of Sam but that's another story for a different day.
@@metsussythe firefly being sam thing? There are a few subtle hints. Sam is a mech suit for starters. It has an ai but still has a human operator as well. In the memories of friefly we see her talking to someone but never see who the other person is. Then we have a boss battle with sam who is the only other person in the area meaning it was more than likely sam that was with her. Everyone who joins the stellaron hunters makes a deal. Firefly was slowly dying of an illness that would make her unable to move her own body. This has no effect on her dream body however. We never see her real body as we only see her in the dream. it could be that she is already mostly immobilized by the illness requiring her to be kept alive by a mechanical body. She most likely made a deal with the hunters to extend her life. Knowing how much Hoyo likes to put twists like this into their stories, this seems like the most likely path.
