Don't get your hopes up, Jiaoqiu is more like a 4.5 star, hell he can be considered a 4 star at this point, the guy got a new nerf with every single one of his Beta, he was really good at first, then kept getting worse and worse until he's just not worth pulling at this point

That's unfortunate, I get some level of balance is needed even in single player games to keep things challenging and to avoid powercreep but I wonder why devs end up going overboard so often. This is sounding like a WuWa Calcharo situation all over again, well guess I'll wait for testing to see if he didn't get nerfed too hard, but that kinda killed my hype a bit ngl.

@@shdwboi07 he really was supposed to be Acheron's best support and give her a shit ton of stacks, especially in pure fiction, his ultimate originally lasted for three turns would give her a new ultimate stack every time an enemy gets a turn because if I remember correctly it did a vulnerability debuff (similar to Guinaifen's fire kiss) without a limit, which meant in pure fiction against 5 enemies you would get 15 stacks from his ultimate alone and by the time the three turns ended you would already have it charged and ready again. However one part of his nerfs is that he can only give her a total of 6 stacks for every use of his ultimate, which isn't even enough for one Acheron ultimate, it wouldn't have been that bad if he had other good stuff in his kit, but Pela and Silver Wolf are both still better than him from what I heard. He was also supposed to have healing in his kit, small amount but still good enough, which was also taken out, there are other nerfs that happened to him, I think he had a DoT originally that was moved to his E2 but I'm not sure about this one, you can check videos discussing how much he was nerfed and how he will probably be DOA (dead on arrival). I also wanted him for my Acheron but I changed my mind, I don't really know what happened to Calcharo because I didn't play much of WuWa, and you can wait for tests but I think he's beyond saving by now, and you can see his fans in comments of videos talking about 2.4 asking Hoyo to buff him. Also sorry for killing your hype, just wanted you to know about him before you start saving up and pulling for him, I don't know why Box said he has Def shred when he has vulnerability instead, I don't know the exact difference between them but I heard Def shred is easier to stack (for example 40% Def shred from Pela + 20% Def shred from Black Swan is 60% Def shred) and there are already 3 Def shred characters so stacking it to 100 (basically means the enemy has 0 defense I think) isn't that hard

Tip: Never go for a rerun sustain / dps unless u really like the unit

Well, not really. She gives buffs to the ally who has the Master status applied from her skill. So she is more of a sub-dps/support, like Jade.

You should be getting a lot more during this patch, I think 5 from shop reset, 10 from the daily login, all the jade you get from doing your dailies, the new MoC if you can clear enough of it, and the new area which of course brings us new chests, side missions, and main story missions, and last but not least Is the new events. Since Sparkle is coming in the second phase then you should be able to get all the jade this version has to offer so don't lose hope, you should be able to get at least 90 pulls, which is enough to guarantee a 5 star and hopefully you end up winning the 50/50
