i possibly that welt fro hi3 is from apho chapter 1 welt in the timeline sense from hi3 apho he's wearing what welt for star rail wear as well so he either a travel in space to the other world b used the sea of quanta to travel to the other world or c after you defeat the world boss in apho the cutsene I believe or something along those line of red like portal whats to say that he got sucked into taking him to star rail instead to honkai impact where the others are or maybe not who knows
@@Nosam5002ok I read that Welt is from when: -he saw information Sky people had on another Himeko -he decided to leave Earth with Void Archives, and take a beacon so Sky people would chase them to lead them away from Earth or something But no matter the timeline We know that it's the exactly same Welt from HI3 because: -Of his description,text, it's written what previous Welt said to him before dying -His reaction when he saw Loucha's photo, he even gets flashbacks of his meeting with Void Archives
