Today I went out on my first "Guided hunt". It was more like I got to hunt with a guy that volunteered to take us out. We had 5 dozen decoys out and the birds came right in. It was a great day to be in the field hunting geese.

@@nickoutdoors2370 I actually unsubscribed from bobbyguy recently. I couldnt watch him anymore. Most shots are border line unethical. Spray and pray is horrible motto for waterfowl hunting.

@@nickoutdoors2370 you can get a camo wrap for your gun if you buy a black one they are pretty cheap and easy to put on, alot cheaper then paying for the camo at that price.

It’s hard to say. Bobbyguy lets the birds work if they are. If they aren’t he is just trying to produce content for us viewers to watch. I’d love better decoyed shots but compared to no content flowing through his channel I’m okay with the farther shots. Probably get hated on for this comment but down south in Texas where I’m from you don’t get the great decoyed shots. The birds have been shot from Canada to south Texas and don’t like to decoy so I understand his far shooting lol.

You guys did really good that day. That is what you call fun when the birds are working that well. I'm in Southeast Idaho and have hunted Canada geese for fifty years. The thing the really concerns me is the Chemtrails at are above you in the sky. Look at that huge X that looks like a cloud. It isn't a cloud its Chemtrails. @ 3:53 minutes in the video. That my fellow hunters is what is Chemtrails. Pumping harmful things into the air that are not good for you, me, anybody else and farm land. Read up on it and start bitching to everybody you know. Write to politicians in you city, state and DC. Lets get that crap stopped. Good luck on your next hunt guys. Thanks for sharing.

i’m very new to waterfowl hunting, the people who hunt in my family just deer and elk hunt, but i’ve always been more for the birds, started watching your videos a lot and i got myself two dozen duck decoys and have shot myself a lot of buffleheads, goldeneye, and teal, also got a dozen goose full bodies from bulkdecoyclub, planning to make 3-4 dozen silhouettes, really excited to try and shoot my first goose i have a few spots where quite a few pass through

Question about hunting ducks over geese decoys. When the pintail showed up, someone blew a duck call, though there were no duck decoys in your spread (that I could see). Do you usually blow a duck call to attract incoming ducks, even if you only have goose decoys? Thanks!
