I’m embarrassed as a 40yr old country fan I wasn’t familiar with Mr Sheppard until his song I loved em everyone was covered and I found him and become a fan, what a life and musician.

I fell in love with T. G. in 1979, he's still as good looking as ever and one of my favorite voices to listen to. I love them everyone :)

Man I love this show as well as TL! I WAS 20 years old in 1991 when Sticks and Stones hit the radio. I got married in 1991 and had my first son in September 1991. I loved every single song on every album by TL. I lived my early years to all of Tracy's music and he's been my all time favorite from the very beginning. I bought every album and have a signed Coast is Clear CD from when he stopped by Pasadena, TX to promote his greatest hits album. While I was waiting in line to get his signature the employees at Boot Barn told me he would only sign his Greatest Hits album and I told them BS I bet he will sign his most recent album.... AND HE DID!

I enjoyed the interview! I saw TG in 87’ when I was 27, and he put on a great show here in Southern Oregon..my sister wasn’t into Country music and she went with me, but she kept calling him TJ Hooker! 😂 George Strait converted her a few years later!

I don't know how Tracey can be so old, it wasn't that long ago when I saw him at a county fair after his first big hit. He was a skinny kid, I bet his waist wasn't more than 26" and a good strong wind would've blown him away.

Amen! The classic country music is the true country music. The songs told stories and you had a visual image in your head from the masterful songwriters and the performers who lived those songs and made them their own. Today cannot hold a handle to those classics and performers who did them. Love your show Tracy and all your songs! Mr. T G, you are one of out all time favorites... God bless you both. I hope the 90's artists do come back...
