Trevor is not a psychopath. He shows empathy to Floyd when he sees him being verbally abused by Debra. Psychopaths can't feel any empathy. Trevor also loves Patricia, and he kidnaps her to keep her away from her abuive husband, Devin. He is empathetic to those two people because he knows what it's like to be abused. I’d say Franklin has neutral honor. Removing gameplay/free roam, Franklin is seen as someone who genuinely cares for his friends and generally wants to be civilized

Luis is at least neutral honor, if not high honor. He never abandoned his best friends, always tried to help them. Helps Tony keep his business running, helps Henrique and Armando step up in the world, helps his mother even when she does not trust him to be successful, he tries to help a maniac girl who stalks him even if he fails, he helps Brucie (a guy who he just met) deal with his annoying brother, even spare a good for nothing goon for the sake of Tony's connections. He's not a saint, but he did the best he could for his friends.

CJ had pretty good honor, tbh, multiple times where he did good things, saving Madd Dogg, choosing to go back to get Maccer and Ken Rosenberg before he robs Caligula’s (had he not did that, they would’ve probably eventually been killed), helping Caesar and the Aztecas against the Vagos, among other good things. The Professional does a pretty good character analysis on him.

Dude has a higher kill count than even Trevor. Los Santos mission alone has a total of around 700 kills (personal run, 1672 in Back to Los Lantos). Real Kev3n killed around 1670 hostile NPCs in Los Santos. Most of them were gang members so i guess it wont decrease his honor to very low. Not saying that he is a mass murderer psychopath who doesn't deserve to live but high doesn't suit him at all because some part of his kill count includes: Police, just doing their job ig Innocent pedestrians And the destruction he has done caused pedestrians to die. Exploding helicopters, clearing wave of gangsters, taking out the whole Military base, killing soldiers and etc.

He killed Diaz and took over his drug empire even if Diaz started to trust Tommy before Lance screwed up and forced them to storm the place. Not like Diaz is a Saint but its clear that Tommy only used him from the beginning, He killed Lance in cold blood after getting betrayed, while even CJ felt bad for killing Smoke in SA. Not to mention he doesn't even Care if Hilary or Cam dies during the job mission, he only cares about the money. Tommy deserves to have Low Honor because he has no simpathy for anyone but himself and will kill them if he needs to.
