Samsung charging speed has been slow for so long already. Same like apple. But the worse thing is no charger in box. Rm4k phone but can't give charger. Just unacceptable.
Both Apple and Samsung are currently being sued by consumer boards for not including chargers in their products. The consumers want these two to explain their doings and actions to see how they want to justify themselves. Customers can't accept their excuses of wanting to generate less pollution while the retail price of their products continue to increase instead of decreasing.
I like both, Samsung is good in built quality n I like their ui, Honor is having good deal. After researching all, I go for honor because I get free watch free earphone with good specs
I think the one thing that was missing from the video would be addressing the amount of software updates in comparison between Honor and Samsung. Samsung has committed to 4 years of Android updates. Would love to know if Honor would commit to the same policy. Would love if you could add these talking points to your future reviews or comparisons. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Already asked honor about this via Instagram. This is exactly what they replied, 'Dear Azri Arif, kindly be advised that HONOR will continue to provide system & security patch update from time to time for HONOR devices. Customer's experience and interest are the top priority of HONOR, rest assured that HONOR research and development team would always test out the system stability in hope of mitigating the risk of having system bugs & glitches.' Kinda disappointed. They cant confidently announce how many android update will they give.
So in other words the Magic 4 Pro wipes the floor with the S22-. To add insult to injury the lower priced Honor comes with a charger. I hate the square edges of the S22- and would definitely give the nod to Honor in build quality. Samsung basically gutted the once mighty Galaxy + in order for customers to buy the more expensive Notes and Ultras. Great comparison video.
Honor isn't really a known brand in EU either. High price, not many updates compared to in this example Samsung, all things that will make the resale value plummet. Heck there's people not knowing about Xiaomi (which i use).
It's weird to see that so many RU-vidrs (from Malaysia, obviously) post the same comparison video featuring Magic 4 Pro and S22+ with only one/two days gap. Anyway, Honor is superior in perhaps charging and camera hardware but I'll still go for Samsung because of OneUI, a not too bad camera setup, Dynamic AMOLED, longer software support and most importantly, a flat display.
@@rizzqanarchie Perhaps, as this is not the first time such thing happened. I've seen it before just different phone. But the thing is the same, one newly lauched phone vs one which launched for a few months.
Had a samsung ultra.. Put it Away and started using my huwaei p30 pro again. I understand why ppl leave android for ios after experiencing Samsung devices. Utter joke
Haii.. Antara fon2 ni mane yg pling berbaloi? Nk guna utk buat bisnes jual kasut n gaming.. and nak pkai lama.. tq suggest guys Samsung s22+ Poco f4gt Realme gt 2 pro Vivo x80/ vivo x70 pro Honor magic 4 pro
I will choose magic 4 bcuz great system ultra sonic faster face lock 🔒 and finger sencor Great design and look also best feature and specially circular camera setup it make phone most premium look and George's
S22+ is better for a more pocket friendly, OTG smartphone experience while the Honor is best offer a good smartphone at 4k. You are not wrong getting either one of these.

S22+ for MUCH better software support. My Magic4 Pro I got today had the security patch from April whereas my S22 Ultra had the June security patch, so guess which phone I returned :-) For such an expensive phone this is unacceptable in my opionion.
Two years of software updates from Honor and four from Samsung, that alone settles it for me. Phone upgrade cycles are increasing, and two years of updates just won't do anymore. Unless the person knows that they will update their phone within two years, then yeah, the Magic4 Pro is a decent pick but it's not the best choice in a field of smartphones that have better and more mature OSes than Honor's. And at RM4K, having a two year software life expectancy is a massive joke.
most malaysian users still dont care about software updates but at 3k and above phones, they should at least give 3 year update and 4-5 year security patches...not to mention it should be given monthly not two or three month for an update since we pay premium for these devices.
I am still using my mate 20x for nearly 4 years, stuck with android 10 and pixel 5 with the latest android 12. For me there is no much different between them, suprisingly mate 20x still working really fine without any lag or slow. Change the original battery from Huawei on March 2022 for rm99, and the phone can last longer than any other android phone that i have.
@@mirzaxxalex5502 My 20X is on Harmony 2.0 which is nice. Still fast and fluid with great battery life. For basic stuff it is slick and I do not use for heavy apps so still could last a while.
@@wkdlskf this monthly update, samsung been doing this for some times now..i mean if you're an android guy, samsung pretty reliable when we are talking about the software update but none of android being as good as apple device which getting update for 6 years.
@@zahmiahmed4523 which nokia model that have 4 year os update & 5 years security update ?As I know for now only Samsung that can provide longer update in Android world, even surpassed Google
If honor use dimensity 9000 or Snapdragon 8+ gen 1 then I would get one of it but using Snapdragon 8 gen 1 kinda quite disappointed because battery drain using Snapdragon 8 gen 1 still quite bad...the only thing that honor magic 4 pro doesn't drain much battery compare other device using Snapdragon 8 gen 1 because of the software and honor limit the performance of the Snapdragon 8 gen 1
@@pudinichigo91 not much phone will launch using snapdragon 8+ gen 1 probably a few and I guess much higher price and don't think so there's will be another flagship from honor this year. Gotta wait for next year I guess. The snapdragon 8 gen 2 will launch much earlier this year compare to last year.
@@K_AcE11 at least 3 from Xiaomi, 1 from OnePlus & 2 from Samsung that will use 8+g1, and also a fews of them from other manufacturer like Asus, Redmi & Realme, from Honor I'm not sure because I not well know about their flagship series
Samsung already builds good devices but what they do with the Android is terrible. A lot of bloatware on it that you can't get rid of in the normal way and then this Samsung account compulsion. That sucks, that's why I'm away from Samsung! Stock Android is best! Without blotarware!
This review is little bit inclined toward the honor, as if you are fan or paid by them. You had mentioned a lot of perks form honor, but non from samsung, and there are ton of them for sure. Btw, this observation is totally neutral as I'm fan of Xiaomi and never used Samsung phone in my life.
