@@InstantNoodle-b9m The author of Sailor moon which is Toe animation holder of the copyright, SM cosmos the movie didn't like the Hok design they said the Aov version is good enough and threatened to sue Tencent if they don't do the same design in Aov ver. If Toe & Tencent didn't negotiate well the contract is expected to expire this december. Some said the skin is only for sell at once.
@@izonemiluky7564 after I saw your comment I look up the video comparison between HoK and AoV. The design is identical except the staff also the skill color of AOV is yellow while HoK is pink. Since the character model is the same I guess they don't like the skill color of the HoK one and prefer the yellow skill from AoV
