They should've put in the at least the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 like in the Magic 6 Lite ( I think also called X9b). This would allow 4k 30 fps recording on front and back. I don't know why there is a 50 MP front cam which would be ideal for vlogging but no stabilization and no 4k. Makes no sense. Yeah in this price region the specs are just there for show but not really helping otherwise. How is battery life on this device? Its pretty good on the Magic 6 Lite.
I suppose this is where region and local consumption comes into play. We do have the X9b available locally (spot on on being the same as the Magic 6 Lite) with a very slight price difference. Locally, getting the best value is probably the main drive of a lot of consumers here so offering something that's kind of the same but just a little bit cheaper is actually a big draw for customers there. We're also a big selfie country so maybe the reason for that 50mp front cam. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Also 512GB storage at that price is a pretty good deal. Battery-wise, X9b > X8b
