So his 1st is Paralyzing Cast but Damage like Lich's ultimate. His 2nd is a better version of Wind Ranger's Shackle. His 3rd is like Windrun with the passive of treant protectors 1st. And his ultimate is basically PowerShot with the damage like Snipers ultimate with Aghanims, but you have to aim it. Furry to the Frey

This is not original at all. The Q is exactly the same as Witch Doctor (maybe without the stun) and the W of this new hero is basically the exact same as Windrangers Q stun and the ult is just a burst of damage. They need to re-think this hero and come up with something different.
