@SamHawkens Haltet aus im Sturmgebraus! That is so true for the Afrikaners today. Keep through the hardships, fight, endure, do not emigrate, do not leave the heritage of the ancestors, do not betray the possessions the Voortrekkers gained!

As most Afrikaner people are of the Low German (Dutch) Reformed Calvinist confession, one would expect differently. Anyway: God seën die Boere en hun erfdeel! Please note: Alleman van Neerlands stam, voelen zich der vad'ren zonen, willen vrij op 't plekje wonen, dat hun tot een ERFDEEL kwam. Eigen meester, niemands knecht, recht en slecht!
